Your server, your choice
Prefer no checks?
Just tell us.
We honour requests from domain and mail server administrators to stop verification connections. One email is enough.
How to ask
Tell us the domain or domains, or the receiving mail host, you look after, and your role. A person reads every request.
Request details
Send your request
To: optout@getfullarc-verify.com
Subject: FullArc Verify: opt-out request
Include the domain or mail host, your role (for example, mail administrator), and anything that helps us confirm it is yours.
What happens next
We read it. A person reviews every request.
We add it within one business day. A domain covers all of its subdomains. A mail host covers every domain it serves.
Checks stop. From then on we answer for that domain or host without connecting to it.
The result stays conservative. FullArc records those addresses as “could not be checked”, and a verified campaign does not email them.
What an opt-out does not do
Stopping verification is not unsubscribing.
This stops FullArc Verify checking mailboxes at your domain or mail host. It does not remove anyone from a business’s mailing list. To stop a business’s emails, use the unsubscribe link in its email.
